Generate permanent query login (or generate automatically new ones)

I bought a TeamSpeak3 server from an ATHP who can not give me a query. I need a query login to use some bot a web interface but the "query login" tool generate an username and a password that are deleted every time the server is restarted, which is quite frequent.
Is there any way to make them permanent or to create a client (or something else) that runs on a server and generate automatically a new query login?

Something on that server isn't going the way it should be.
These generated logins are stored in the server database and should not be temporary.

Currently this is the only supported way to create a Query login.

Possibly the next server (3.6.0) will get such feature but at the moment we did run into problems by adding this. So I can not promise anything at this point.

I contacted my ATHP and they said that that's not their problem but a bug in the software and they can't do anything to create permanent queries

It works fine here.

Suspicious when a host speaks from a bug but do not report this bug to us. This is the second time within a week.
