I installed TS3 on my ubuntu server, however, when someone joins the channel, anything he says or even gets poked, gets echoed back by the bot. I use PulseAudio btw.
Any ideas?

Then do not use the same sound source for output as for input.
This will always create an echo.

Do you know if that's possible with pulseaudio? Also, I'm running my TS3 as command, without the GUI.
Sorry i'm a Noob on Linux and can not help you wit that.
Running the client without GUI is nothing we give support here on forum.
