Add a warning when ts3server:// protocol was clicked

There are times when a client may put ts3server://IP/HOSTNAME protocol in the chatbox on a TeamSpeak server. This can be abused as there is no filtering from it whereas a normal url the client gets a popup before it opens anything. I'd like to request such filtering on the ts3server:// protocol as well. Thanks.

We decided against this in the past already.
We added it for external URLs only because risk to download a virus or visit bad websites or just for IP fishing was to high.

IP fishing is also a major risk on this type too
