Will Teamspeak ban a server if the owner is selling cheats?

    Hi.
I'm wondering if Teamspeak will help the playerbase with "banning" a server/owner when he sells cheats over his teamspeak server if there is proof?
Is there somethinh in the EULA?

    Thanks in advance.

We would do that if the server would belong to us but we have no control to what happens on a server that is hosted from someone else.

TeamSpeak does have control, but if TeamSpeak started to blacklist servers just depending on whether they like the server or not, they'd start playing the internet police.

We do not know what is happening on a server.

Well, technically he is still correct. You guys do have the control to blacklist a server. But of course you can't know what is happening on the server itself.

So to answer the OP, no TS will never ban a server, just because they are selling cheats for a random game.
The only option I see they would ban a server (and even that is just some guessing by me) is when the server is breaking some laws and the law enforcement ask TeamSpeak Systems officially to take that server down.

I guess I misunderstood you. Thought you were referring to the control over servers (blacklist), but you were talking about content. Sorry then.

No problem. Just trying avoid such things before rumors spread.

    No TS won't but.

TS will ban the server only if server breaks any term and policy. Until unless no ban of the server as TS can't know what is going inside a server.
