If you are already removing permissions, please remove server notify unsubscribe. That permission is entirely pointless.

Your system date is 2005-01-01. Your are living in the past and you will never be able to run a server until you fix the time & date.
PS server 3.7.0 Beta 1 is outdated
As suggested before use server 3.6.1 or download the beta 2 here.

Didnt see this time Bug. Yeah youre right the Server cant request a Validation if the time is invalid.
