i just bought a gamer licence... the invoice is old since 28 july 2018 and i paid it now... my licence will be avaiable until 28 july 2019 or 16 march 2020?

Did you just pay an invoice you received in 2018 or did you just receive that invoice from TeamSpeak? Did you buy it on teamspeakusa.com? If you already received a license file, just use a text editor, it's simply a text file that also includes the start and end date.
Anyway, you should contact the sales department rather than asking on a technical discussions forum.
