Going to need a source or study on that. In 2019, there should be zero reasons to use celt

celt no longer gets updates, as opus is an extension of both celt and silk, they are quite literally merged into opus.
dropping their support is a valued option, as it means they do not need to support them in TS5

even TF2 dropped celt for opus two years ago

Hello so we have a problem

I am on the 3.7.1 version of the server and the permissions you gave me do not exist on my server.

So I downloaded the server I connect locally and I see the permissions but not on my server to me

should I try reinstalling the 3.7.1 update?

Not there? Are you sure? In that case it would be server 3.5.0 or older.

Please use the Query (not any other 3rd Party software like you do at the moment) and perform commands permfind permid=14 and permfind permid=15 to verify their existence.
The result should be

t=0 id1=2 id2=0 p=1x

Another option would be to add a new "i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_minquality " in addition to the "i_channel_create_modify_with_codec_maxquality " right for users.

That would give Server Admins the chance to set set a voice quality spectrum for their servers, or lock the quality to only one value.

I like the idea.
