    Custom Banner for each user?

    Hello guys,

    I got a question :)

How can I show to each user a different banner on the teamspeak-server ?
I wanna show there their Rank (a.e. in a game) and TeamSpeak-name, just as a Test.

WITHOUT using the IP-Adress. (I cant do that because 2 people from the same network could have the same IP-Adress)

I got an Webserver preorcessing the Banner.

but how can I like change the Banner GFX URL for each user. Or set for each user another Banner URL ?
    Example:
    "http://wapbap.de/TESTIMG.php/?TsID=<PLACE ID HERE>"

    Thank you in advance :)

Looks somehow impossible cause you gonna need to add every new UID that get's added to your server.
You can use different banners according to the user's groups though.

There is no setting or permission or feature build in for this.

You need a tool and a website checking for these user and let them download a different file when they open your banner.

I can think of a few ways to do this, what game is it you want to get their rank from?

The other chance would be identifying the user by the connection time: Banner is served for the last user who connected. Not sure how caching in TeamSpeak works, though, because I find banners very annoying. Will TeamSpeak download banners again on connect or cache them? Will TeamSpeak always download banners on connect if there is an insanely high interval?

The only way to distinguish a client from another is by IP Address, and this is not really accurate when 2 clients from the same ip address connect to a TeamSpeak Server.
The teamSpeak client itself does not send any additional Informations like a uid or database id

you can do it, like I am do it.

my Bot send in the backend a request to both Users with the same IP, after it has make each IP unique. So the Bot will display the right Infos to the right User.

Provided that everyone now has a myteamspeak account. all new users are automatically assigned a uuid. ip addresses change. uuid does not. you need to use dynamic php that will detect the uuid that you assigned a special banner on your custom web app.

I have a custom banner that says welcome and the users name. everyone sees their own name. But is seems to be limited to teamspeak 3 and not the beta. The banner shows but the new client does not show the users name.Name: Annotation 2019-11-19 002757.png
