How can I create SRV record for query port? I have connected my domain to CloudFlare and I want to connect to query via my domain.

You can create any DNS records you want of course.
With regards to the query interface however there isn't much of a point to it, at least I'm unaware of any software using the TS3 query interface that utilizes such records.
The query interface is SSH or RAW and most software for these uses A(AAA) records to resolve the IP address to connect to and requires you to specify the port explicitly if it differs from the default.

SRV is a feature to help clients, the TeamSpeak server doesn't (and doesn't need to) know anything about SRV.
There is no query client from TeamSpeak Systems GmbH, so you're asking the wrong company.
