    Problem Sync

    Good morning, I lately when I purchased my current phone (xiaomi mi a2 lite) I have had problems when I enter TeamSpeak. What happens is that when I enter it is always doing sync, and IT IS NOT PROBLEM OF THE NETWORK this is because it happens at random times when I open daily.

    What do I do to temporarily solve the problem? Just clear the cache. But this is annoying to always be doing the same process, is that until it gets infinitely to do sync n lets get into some ts and yes loads the list of markers that is in sync but is infinitely connect to the server.

    i use Android 9.

    That's not a problem. This is by design.
    The client will sync on every start.

    Yes it can be that the sync process is not done, but that process should not stop the connection to a TeamSpeak Server as long there is network capacity left.

    Are you sure the server you are trying to reach is available at all?
    Have you tried without being logged in into myTeamSpeak.

    In RANDOM times a sync is infinity. When I connect on server (planetteamspeak or voice.teamspeak.com) sync bar is still on top of the application. I can provide some screenshots for you but it's a random think.

    That's right, I liked that they tried to solve the problem, that it is annoying to be almost always cleaning the cache. And even then there are times when TeamSpeak simply crashes during this problem by minimizing and returning.

    How did I reproduce? I opened TeamSpeak link from Google Chrome (ts3server://iport) after this:

    Can you share a log when this happens to you?
    Logging needs to be activated first (on bottom in the Settings)

    I enabled "Create Logfile" but in directory TS3/logs is nothing.

    I had to restart my phone. Now it's creating logs without any problems, so now let's wait for the random sync bug
