the crash was related to external plugin (chatlog viewer)

Don't have that here no matter what I do... does it happen on all or just specific servers with a large number of channels/clients? Also, please try disabling your plugins temporarily to see whether or not this resolves the problem.

Since version 3.3.0 was released in the beta stage channel updates teamspeak is sending that notification over and over again, even when the update process was made, twice , the New update window keeps poping up.
Check if there is any file loading back the update notification after a day of it being downloaded and updated in the client. Usually didnt pass more than a day between a update and the showing up of the same update in the client notifications

Personally, I think that showing the spacer tag in the channel info when you click on a channel should be optional.
We use it as a way to differentiate between zones in our server because there is no other way to assign custom data to a channel, so now that the [cspacer___] part doesn't show, its made our life a bit more difficult.

For this purpose we use the channel topic. No one ever uses that for anything else.
