File browser permission to overwrite files

Please add a permission regarding the overwriting of files since you can overwrite existing files with another file with the size of 0 Bytes for example which actually kind of deletes the existing ones. Currently you will earn this questionable "permission" by being allowed to upload files to a channel.

Sounds reasonable. Thanks for the suggestion!

We now have that on our list.
But we will use the existing permissions i_ft_file_delete_power & i_ft_needed_file_delete_power for this.

Anyone who can delete a file should be able to overwrite it by uploading a new file.
