incredibly choppy while moving mouse!! (videos included)

    Hello,

I have a problem and I really don't know how to fix it. This problem happens only when discord or teamspeak is running. When I am moving my mouse ingame.. you can see horrible stutters! When I turn off discord and teamspeak.. everything is super smooth again. BUT this happens only with my mouse set at 1000hz? If I set it at 125hz (with discord and teamspeak ON) it's smooth again.

    - at the end of the video.. you can see only running without using my mouse and it's smooth again

I have this problem with PUBG, Battalion 1944, Observation, Apex Legends.

My pc specs (nothing is OC'ed):

    Intel Core i7-9700K

    ASUS GeForce ROG-STRIX-RTX2080-8G-GAMING, 8GB GDDR6

    ASRock Z390 TAICHI - Intel Z390

    HyperX Predator RGB 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3600

    Samsung SSD 970 EVO, M.2 - 500GB, Samsung SSD 860 EVO - 500GB

Mouse: Steelseries Sensei 310 (software: Steelseries Engine 3.15.1)

    Keyboard: SS Apex 750 M

    Headphones: SS Arctis 5

    What I have already tried:

another USB port and another mouse

    only mouse connected (without keyboard)

    new gpu and mouse drivers

    BIOS changes to default

    fullscreen / windowed

    all overlays disabled

power management set to maximum performance

Does anyone know how to fix it? Please try to help me
