    A crashdump should have been created in the crashdumps folder. Please send that along as well.

    Sorry. We hoped that we could fix or at least change it to get more details.
    But back to the start. We will forward this to our development.

    Thank you for your patience!

    Currently, the new server group commands stop if no change would occur.

    Examples:
    clientaddservergroup cldbid=4711 sgid=42|sgid=43|sgid=44
    If the client is already in SG 43 (but not in the other two), the command will add the client to group 42, but not to 44. error id=2561 msg=duplicate\sentry
    clientdelservergroup cldbid=4711 sgid=42|sgid=43|sgid=44
    If the client is not in SG 43 (but in the other two), the command will remove the client from from group 42, but not 44. error id=2563 msg=empty\sresult\sset

    Do you have plans to change this?

    On error the commands are supposed to stop.
    We may only need to change help files.

    This should work.
    Code:
    clientaddservergroup continueonerror cldbid=4711 sgid=42|sgid=43|sgid=44

    Never seen that type of syntax. Also, it does not seem to work. I still get error id=2561 msg=duplicate\sentry and the command stops after the first duplicate.

    They still can be used as before.
    I won't discuss why NPL and ATHP license can no longer requested. This is not part of this ticket.

    @Zakoom
    Thank you for the report.

    Interesting another Ubuntu and Kernel 4.4.0-042stab134.8.
    I will forward this to our development.

    @numma
    Interesting. had that topic this week and I got told that this would work.
    Will retest it when I'm back in the office.
    That parameter was added in 3.0.0 rc1 ~2011. Maybe it's still in the code but not active.

    Thanks for the feedback! I was able to reproduce the issue with clientaddservergroup on my end and it's fixed now... so it will be working as expected with the next beta build. In addition, I've adjusted the syntax a bit so continueonerror is now recognized as a flag too (e.g. -continueonerror) to make it more consistent.

    For your clientdelservergroup example, I think the behavior is correct tho as the server returned the error for the last group you specified.

    The server returned the error for the second group in my second example. I think that logically, if one of the examples is unintended behaviour, the other one would be too...

    What is the fixed behaviour you mentioned?
    - Not doing anything?
    - Respecting continueonerror?
    - Ignoring all errors anyway (like for example clientdbinfo)?

    /Edit: I used continueonerror trying to add an invalid permission to a server group and it didn't work either.
    Code:
    servergroupaddperm continueonerror sgid=46 permsid=b_serverinstance_help_view123 permvalue=1 permnegated=0 permskip=0|permsid=b_serverinstance_help_view permvalue=1 permnegated=0 permskip=0
    Nothing happened, b_serverinstance_help_view was not granted. (This however was on 3.8.0-exp1, but dante said this was supposed to work in 2011 already.)

    We'll take a look at all commands using -continueonerror and make sure they all behave the same way.
