without logs, crashdumps or ways to reproduce the issue consistently there really isn't much we can do.

    Program not responding after starting.

Well I'm having a problem here, I try to start the program it loads, but soon a message appears to send support and the program no responding message appears. I use Windowns 7 Ultimate 32 bit, I'm using the latest version of the program. Now when I try to use another it works, however for what I want to use it requires the new version so it does not do me any good.

Possibly Windows updates are missing or system files are broken (run command sfc /scannow in command prompt to check that) or a antivirus software has conflict.

There are more possible reasons but I'm not here to fix other users operation system. so please use the mighty Google fro that common error.

    Error ucrtbase.DLL

Greetings, I'm new to teamspeak, I use a translator to write.
I humbly present the problem I encountered.
I installed Client 64-bit 3.2.5 (basic without plugins) and i noticed that every first start i make entering any channel soon the program crashes with an specific error reported by the event viewer log:
"Name of the application that generated the error: ts3client_win64.exe, version: 3.2.5.0, timestamp: 0x5cb75341
Name of the module that generated the error: ucrtbase.DLL, version: 10.0.10240.16390, timestamp: 0x55a5b718
    Exception code: 0x40000015
    Error offset 0x0000000000065a5f
Process ID that generated the error: 0x1254
Start time of the application that generated the error: 0x01d5252843c900bb
Path of the application that generated the error: C: Users Peppe AppData Local TeamSpeak 3 Client s3client_win64.exe
Path to the module that generated the error: C: Windows system32 uctbase.DLL "
This happens only with the first daily start, with a second start this does not happen.
    I have Windows 7 64-bit service pack 1,
looking for possible solutions could be that "I miss a possible extra windows update" to not have this problem.
    If this were the solution:
    - what specific update is it? -
I kindly request an opinion on a possible solution.
    Thanks, Peppe

    Good news,
    updated Teamspeak to version 3.3.0
and for the moment the problem does not seem to recur,
although it hasn't been tested for a long time (updated this morning and started once tonight)

I noticed that the update has reinstalled C++2015.
The system upgrade C++ by installing the 2017 version,
    had overwritten the 2015 version
(from the information on the web they report that the C++2017 version replaces and incorporates the 2015).

One might assume that the problem was related to this.

    Bad News Today

..is a day passed and unfortunately the problem has recurred.
Teamspeak on 1st login today, after entering any channel, after a while closes by itself,
restarted it, it closes again, and this 3 times,
and no longer even an error message.

There are no plugins and for security I did a clean reinstallation,
both of teamspeak, and of the operating system (re-installing it)

    but the problem continues.. absurd.

Use the 3.3.0 client instead of the 3.2.5 one.

The Windows error report saying ucrtbase.DLL is the faulty ddl does not help us to identify any reason.
    It could be anything.

As Chris wrote in post #2
We can not help you without a client log / crash dump or a way to reproduce this.
