Question about icon perm and few group for channel

And
When will be available multiple group assignments available for user on channel? it is very necessary!
Example:
I added user in group "Ignoring password" with permission b_channel_join_ignore_password to he join without password, but i can't assign him one more group (Moderator, operator, and etc). How to be?

The permissions b_icon_manage and b_permission_modify_power_ignore are not related and will never be.
You allow to manage icons or you don't.

We have no plans to assign multiple channel groups.
Just give your moderator the permission b_channel_join_ignore_password.

It would be nice to have additional privileges for b_icon_manage (Example: b_icon_manage_delete & b_icon_manage_add) Simply, if you issue the rights to set an icon, then it will be able to add and delete them, and this is not exactly what need.
This is necessary because the end user cannot know the ID of the icon and prescribes IDs. Or just make an ordinary modal window with a set of icons for i_icon_id
