    Copy paste icons alignment

    Hello,

I just updated my client to 3.3.0
The html icons alignment with the text has been changed (line-height).

Those are called "Emojis" and they are still not officially supported by TeamSpeak 3 to the best of my knowledge.

Looking at your screenshot, it appears that the older Qt version used to render them as text while the new version renders them as images like the operating system (obviously Windows in this case) would do.

I didn't even notice that until now since I'm currently only using mono-colored Emojis in my channel descriptions so it wasn't immediately obvious.

From what I read online, fixing this is not exactly straightforward in Qt.

Luckily, TeamSpeak 5 no longer uses the Qt framework so I'm pretty confident that we will get full Emoji support there.

Yes, I'm aware not everybody has access to that right now but I can assure you that it does indeed exist and is being used on a daily basis.

    Cosmetic change to emoticons

Hi! As you can see below, the star emoticon is a little bit lower than the text, and the regular star character works well. Same thing happens with every other emoticon. This is very dEpReSsInG, and i think it's a good idea to change it in future update.

Afaik this is how QT does manage the alignment.
I can forward this but can not promise any change / fix for this.
