    Don't get same groups on other computer

    HI, I have a problem, I have 2 computers, and I have the same account in both, BUT the ranks in the servers are not synchronized
    in one computer I have 3 ranks and in the other computer I donīt have ranks!

    PLEASE HELP

    Looks like you don't have your identities synced. Check under identities>extended view, if you have them in the synchronized list or local.

    Looks more like he uses 2 different identities at all.
    Synchronization would not fix this as long he has setup to use 2 different identities.

    Solution please

    I have the entities in the section of synchronization. But the ranks in the servers are not synchronized. Please I need a solution

    Please read the post above.
    The server has nothing to do with synchronization. You must use the same identities and maybe one of your clients could not sync (read your client log for errors)

    @dante Oh yes, my bad. I meant 2 different identities but the one he wants to use not in the sync list. But yea, looks like two different identities with seperate rights on the server
