Can not add user to group (failed on i_client_needed_permission_modify_power)

    Hello,
I am making a teamspeak server and i am having issues when adding server groups. I have browsed through the internet for days trying to find a fix for this and tried all solutions. No results...

This occurs to all groups that try to be added.
All group are highlighted (so it looks like you can add them) however, when that group is selected, this error is thrown: insufficient client permissions (failed on i_client_needed_permission_modify_power)

Below is a list of the permissions between 2 groups.

    Deputy Chief
    Add Power/Needed Add power: https://gyazo.com/d850a630603d0389b6f5dafcb1ba5d74
    Remove Power/Needed Remove Power: https://gyazo.com/4306a20c964c7a6d2932bf7098242d81

    Constable
    Add Power/Needed Add Power: https://gyazo.com/f5bba0f90f484cd54ffd560c6bafabd8
    Remove Power/Needed Remove Power: https://gyazo.com/238aaeb7764a53b04091ac8fe76adf46

As the error thrown is i_client_needed_permission_modify_power, i checked for this value. Here is what it is:

    Deputy Chief
Needed Client Permission Modify Power: https://gyazo.com/9ee874bddbb96273eaffea77ebaf28af
    Client Permission Modify Power: https://gyazo.com/aa971a793719c8c828cb01dd55e9c6b6

    Constable
Needed Client Permission Modify Power: https://gyazo.com/7949f1c970fbbc2c9e10b216759758ef
    Client Permission Modify Power: https://gyazo.com/3e4aa54bbec4f93d570b414c05580257

My intentions are to simply enable the adding and removal of the Constable tag when you have the Deputy Chief tag.

    I appreciate any help, thanks.

From the pictures alone it's hard to say what other groups or client permissions could be involved.
Please show us a full permissions overview (right click on user in server tree -> permissions -> permissions overview -> export as txt from the client who should be able to assign the group.

Have you tried what happens when you remove the Needed Add Power OR Needed Client Permission Modify Power?

This is the group that is supposed to be assigning the tag.

This is the group that is supposed to be receiving the tag. (It is all the other groups below this one, i am just using this one as an example to reduce clutter)

    Thank you.

Both files look OK and we can not reproduce this as long the own Client Permission Modify Power (from own group) is equal or higher than targets current Needed Client Permission Modify Power.

Can you please show one of the groups that can't be added?

The "Constable" group can'be added at all. (Nor can the rest) by any of the tags that need to add it. (I am using these two groups as an example as if there is a fix, I will apply it to the rest.

We have no idea. The permissions overview look like they should.

I think a puzzle tile is missing.
Maybe this problem exists in some channels where user has different permissions.
