That makes sense. I appreciate the explanation. Now I understand. Thank you!

And on that position you have a check box on each permission.
Enable it on all your active client permissions.

Or enter Skip in search bar and enable that one permission and it's Skip flag.

And you may read how permission system works. There is a documentation in the server directory for this.
You are AWESOME Dante. Thank you so much for your help and patience (and everyone else that helped too!)! I was copying something I saw in this server setup video (https://youtu.be/CDzk2KbYcVk?t=2687). If you notice, when he first clicks on himself to change a group permission, they are greyed out for him too! I never noticed until just now re-watching that part to see if he used the "skip" step and I just missed it. He never used it.

I have one more quick question. As the server owner, am I better off selecting the check box for the Value column of "Skip Channel Group Permissions" OR should I just use the Skip column under those Group Modify options you mentioned above (for Client Permissions)?

I'm under the impression that the Skip Channel Group Permissions is universal and better, but I just want to make sure.

Go with the "Skip Channel Group Permissions", less effort and better overview of the rights.
