Problem with file transfer

Hello. I do not know since when, but two days ago I noticed that my server has a problem with file transfer, and more specifically others except me, because I am an admin.


I have the following situation:


- All others belonging to other server groups cannot download files from the file manager. There is an error: "failed at i_group_modify_power".


- In the virtual server options on the Transfer tab the value "-1" is set, which means no limit. So why can't other people download because, surprisingly, they can send.


For me it is the fault of the server software version. I have version 3.9.1 on Ubuntu 19.04 VPS.

Channels have their own permissions. Did you check that the groups have more power than the channel(channel settings -> permissions -> file transfer)? Also for your information the settings in the virtual server options are just for transfer speeds, they have nothing to do with file transfer permissions.

Breaking news:


Suddenly the server script error resolved.


How is this a good question because I haven't even managed to modify anything today. Yesterday, when this error occurred, all I did was restart the script on Ubuntu VPS.


Could the restart itself fix such a stupid error?

Channels in the "PREMIUM" category are set to 2, and channels in the "STANDARD" category have 1.


Required download and upload capacities are set to 2.


As you have seen, my operator (server rank) has a power of 70.
