Creating a join link to a modded Arma 3 server

So, I help run a modded Arma 3 server and the Teamspeak server that goes with it and I had an idea of creating a link using the [url] tag with the steam;//connect funtion.

Is this actually possible and/or is there a better way to achieve this?

    Thanks,
    Thomas

Send it like this (but it also would work without the BBCode).
    [URL]steam://connect/1.0.0.27:27015[/URL]

https://gyazo.com/d0ac0c378f3cf5e8eb44fcd734805d5c is what I have already, however, when I click it, it opens the steam window and say that the server is not responding.

    • Did you hide your ip address with <server IP> or is that what you have?
    • Be sure that you have entered the correct port from your Server, if you use IP.

    HTML Code:
    Example: [url=steam://connect/1.2.3.4:56789]Click here to connect[/url]

Yeah, our actual server IP is where <server IP> is and I've checked the port

I may remind you that we are not Steam? We only support to open such links.
The rest belongs to Steam itself.

Just for my interest,: Have you ever tried to open the link in a Browser?
