Followed quickstart, added accept license set variable, when I run the server, it pops into the windows tray, when I hover over it with mouse, it disappears.
Using win7 and ts64.

What does the logs says? Can you post it.
By the way, you can simply click on the ts3server.exe file under Windows and accept the license.
The set variable is not mandatory to use.
