Chat window says that the limit is now 8192 but it's actually still 1024 characters. When I try to send a message longer than 1024 characters I get an error saying "invalid parameter size".

Works for me. I used https://www.blindtextgenerator.com/lorem-ipsum to generate the text and as you can see, it got sent. Maybe a bug?

Server is not 3.8.0 or newer.
