when i try to login my myteamspeak account, it just gets "login failed" error. but i can login with any other account.
i haven't recieved any mail from teamspeak team or any admin that says "your account has some issues" or something like that. i don't know what is going on with my account. any team member can help me?

it worked, i can login my account but now i have sync problems, my identities and my bookmarks are not syncing now..

It's a reset and a reset will cause him loosing all his data in case he does not have his recovery key.
The right way to change is to login on website or in client and change it there.
Your account could not be encrypted in case you did not use your recovery key when asked for it.
You have to use it now or use fallback to setup a new one (all old synced data will be wiped).
