So, basically what I've came across is that channel permissions are not working on TeamSpeak5 client (for me looks more like that they are not implemented?).
On my TS3 server I've set few channel permissions. For example - PTT usage in certain channels. It has to be a must have thing to teamspeak in my opinion.
In another words if you have set obligated PTT(push to talk) usage permission on some channel (TeamSpeak 3 client), then they are not working on TS5 client, cause microphone is working on continuous transmission.
