Problems with packet loss in server version 3.10.x

Starting from server version 3.10.0 and up to version 3.10.2, periodically, different users at different times begin to lose packets, up to 10-20%, returning to server version 3.9.1 eliminates this problem.

    Russian version:
Начиная с версии сервера 3.10.0 и вплоть до версии 3.10.2, переодически, у разных пользователей в разное время начинаются потери пакетов, вплоть до 10-20%, возвращение на версию сервера 3.9.1 устраняет эту проблему.

The parameter hints_enabled=0 does not help!
As soon as I switch to version 3.10.x messages appear in the server logs

This means for some reason a packet which was for the server was dropped somewhere in your operation system.
Possibly something does close a socket or firewall rejects packets. Can you please check that?

We are not sure if that problem is related to the server update at all.

The server was tested on two freshly installed computers with Windows 7 x64 and Windows 10 x64, in both cases when working with server version 3.10.x the same problems arise with packet loss, version 3.9.1 on the same computers without changing the settings of both the server and the computer works without problems.

Could you tell us: where this parameter hints_enabled=0 is located exactly? maybe you put in wrong place. if problem appear persistent does not matter what version is that mean one, problem is for your side router. Why you did not want install it on some VPS ( linux )? much better and stable with static IP.

Our server is started by the command
    ts3server.exe inifile=ts3server.ini
the hints_enabled=0 parameter I added to the ts3server.ini file,
is this correct or do i need to do it differently?

    p.s.
Our server has Internet access from several providers, so I don’t think that VPS will be any better in terms of stability, besides there are other reasons.

Unfortunately the performance is worse with 3.10.2. 500+ clients will end in huge packet loss.

I'm having the same issue as well.
After updating to 3.10.2 I have LAG spikes every 5 minutes or so.
My host provider is OVH, dedicated server with i7-4790K, Proxmox VE 5.4-13, TS3 runs on LXC with Ubuntu 18.04, 8 CPU threads assigned and 2GB RAM.
None of the resources were maxed out.

I forgot to say, I've also got voice encryption globally enabled, didn't try to disable it but I need it for privacy reasons.

    Addition

    Hi folks,

I've encountered issues using Teamspeak 3.10.x and higher. It has been mentioned earlier in this topic that lag-spikes / packet-loss occurs on creating temporary channels. Unfortunately it happens when creating a channel, temporary or not temporary. It seems like it checks the entire server for subscription power, as soon the 'V' flag is set (subscription flag) the lag / packet-loss is terminated.

Using "hints_enabled=0" does not solve anything. The only solution it seems is to downgrade TS 3.10.x to TS 3.9.1 waiting for a new version in which this problem does not occur anymore. Unless someone of the Teamspeak Development Team knows a better fix because downgrading is not the best solution. I've succesfully downgraded so no harm should be done for your users!

    Kind regards.

Funny how no-one of the teamspeak crew responds to this matter. The solution is going back to TS version 3.9.1 and everything is solved. I hope a fix TS version 3.10.3 is coming soon in which this issue is resolved?
