    Problem with a YaTQA query tools - connect error and server shut down

    Him I have a huge problem with YaTQA. Few days ago, I have update my TeamSpeak 3 server to 3.10.0 version. Then, when I have trying to connect to my server via YaTQA I have got a error that "Connection was shutdown by server". Then my ts3 server are shuting down. I don't know what is this. I have checked port, ip, query login info and they are correct. Please help me with that. Ohh, by the way. I have latest version of YaTQA tool.

    Read your server log. It's telling you why server did shutdown.

    Yes, I already read logs and nothing there. Its only write about server shutdown but not why.

    There is never a "latest" version of a Software

    Please provide the server log, update your Server to 3.10.2 and give us your YaTQA version.

    Can you please show us the "nothing" in log 0 and the one from virtual server?
    And please enable Query logging. Maybe a command was send over it.

    I just update my TS3 server to 3.10.2, my YaTQA version is 3.9.8.3. In log 0 file I have only info about query port, file manager port, query ssh port and info about system (linux,version, DB) and license info. Thats it. There is nothing about this crash. In virtual server 1 folder, I dont have any log.

    Can you please upload all your log files?
    Can you please try to connect with an telnet client like Putty to the Server?

    I can connect from putty via ssh but I can't connect an telnet.

    Ok, I send logs from 16 Nov and 30 Nov. From 30nov is latest logs. And I read in other post that it is cause by server admin query is destroyed. Its that true?

    I'm just update server to 3.11.0 version and still I have info: Conection was closed by server, and my server was shut down.

    From the last logs i see several different problems (3 of them local but fixable problems).

    - A broken database
    - A permission problem (or deletion) where server could not access files.
    - A system clock not working as intended
    - And last but not least a SIGTERM (a shutdown coming from your operation system). Guess you mean this one in your last post?

    So, how can I fix this problems? Actually, when I update teamspeak server I dont copy sql folder. It's that wrong?

    Yes it's wrong. Your database won't get updated and may break.
    Not copying everything from new server package into old one for an update is wrong.


    - Fix your permissions for your user on your operation system
    / Re upload missing Icons.
    - Fix your clock on operation system or hardware.
    - Find out what on your system sends the SIGTERM.

    Please read the manual for your operation system bin case you don't know how to solve any of these.

    But when I will upload sql folder so I will lose my data about channels, ranks and users?
