I am trying to send offline messages to someone who has server admin and exact permissions as me, I do not have permission to send offlne messages even though I have permission by server group to do this and even client permissions.

Is there any fix for this? there is no needed offline message so it is difficult
Please show your permissions overview from yourself and tell us the client and server version.
