Hi, I redeemed a Halloween badge on Halloween, but it suddenly disappeared. I can't find it anywhere. Is there anything I can do about it? I would hate to lose it.

I don't, I didn't take screenshot of the badge...
Sorry we have no prove that your account had the badge. There is nothing we can do in that case.
There is no way to loose it in the database without that the rest of your account would be destroyed too or at least would be a mess.

Hello
So I lost my teamspeak badge that I earned almost 1 year ago now. Unsure why but I can't find it under configure badges anymore.
It's a shame because I use teamspeak 12+ hours a day and idle in a lot of friends servers and loved to show it off.
Can I get it back?
