On Ubuntu 18.04, X-IVAP and TS3 for voice.
TS3 installed and opens normally
X-IVAP opens an functions normally.

TS3 would not connect to any IVAO servers while connecting fine with any other.

#sudo nmap -sU -sV -p 8767 eu3.ts.ivao.aero#
gives:
#Couldn't open a raw socket. Error: Permission denied (13)#

That's the closest to an explanation I could get. Don't know what to do
