Server connection breaks whenever i join with my phone somehow?

Hello i have a bit of a wierd problem my Internet cuts out whenever i join on my server with my phone

like my modem stops working for 2 minutes and then i get internet back again i have no problems or anything when im on my computer and me and my friend from australia use it. also it seems like the server stays up because as soon as the internet gets back the server is up again with no downtime?? obviously it did cut out for a minute or 2 but the wierdest thing is that it just cuts my internet somehow Hopefull someone is able to shine some light on this problem as i have no clue whats going on here it happens everytime im joining the server on my phone it starts out good but then after 20 seconds or so my internet goes offline.

Here is the Log Hopefully someone can help me

Network problems could be anywhere. Maybe some protection (Firewall or Router starts acting here).
Maybe a bug in Router/Modem etc. could be everything.

Renamed thread title. There is no crash in your log or description.

    IP collision maybe?
Are you using static IP or DHCP?
    And forward all needed ports.
