After updating from 3.10.2 x86 to 3.11 x86 server does not start. Windows 7 x86 with all updates.
If more information is needed just ask.

Can you please please attach the log 0 for that crash?

Your CPU is to old and does not support the POPCNT. This is needed to run the latest server.

I updated my post above. The CPU you use does miss a feature we need.
Without POPCNT the server can not be used. This was added ~2007/2008

I'm not sure the version would be really optimized. Since the update, the server consumes more resources on idle without an online user. I don't quite understand why.

The Server is closing itself after starting.
Windows 10 1909, Ryzen 2700X, fresh install of TS-Server.

Downloaded it again, now it works!
The Package didn't changed. I have no clue why it didn't work for me at first.
