Hello, I hope someone can help me.
I wanted to open TeamSpeak on my iPhone 8 Plus and I got the message „this App is no longer shared with you. To use it, you must buy it from the App Store“. How is this possible? I’ve had it on my phone for nearly 2,5 years and my dad purchased it. I can’t right a review in the App Store because „You must own this item....“ I have the app installed and when I go to the App Store it just says open, not purchase.
Please make sure that whoever shared the app with you still does.
If that's still the case you have to get in touch with the Apple support.
