Please understand, that you are not need a password in case you have router that does all coneection stuff for you.
Screenshots of router configuration means exactly that - open your router interface in any browser you likes, go to WAN configuration page and make a screenshot of it.
You may filnd enough examples even ith this same thread.

    There you are.
    Start port/end port = 8767
Local IP address - address of your PC.
I don't know where to tell that is an UDP service.
If you have problem - screenshot the page.

i've tried the static IP, and failed... it doesn't connect to the internet after setting up the IP, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS.... either i'm putting in the wrong IP or something else.......... the IP i typed is 192.168.1.5, while the rest just follows according to the ipconfig /all. The DNS is correct too.

guess this is the hardest part...

You mean, you have tried to statically configure your PC internet access?
If you did all as you said, that must work.
Can you please provide the ipconfig /all before and after your changes?

your problem must be the DNS values you entered

when you type ipconfig /all into cmd is you Default Gateway the same IP as your DNS servers? If so you need to find out you REAL DNS values

follow this guide at portforward.com and you should be up and running!:
    http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm
Just select your OS version and follow the guide

Not required, if it all done right. Even more, writing external DNS server may damage your ability to access internet in some cases.

According to your traceroute, you're behind another router.
    2 48 ms 50 ms 48 ms 192.168.153.1
You could try to contact your ISP and ask them about possibility to obtain real external IP (many offers such service for negligible $5/month) or have certain ports forwarded to your router from their device.
That's if you are not sneaky connected to someone else's network

Hi. I've opened a server for me and my friends, but they can't seem to connect to it. I can't connect to it with the WAN IP, but I can by using the LAN IP. My friends can't get in with either the LAN or the WAN address. It is password protected, and I tell them the password. They still can't seem to connect through. Help?
