Ok i dont think your problem is solved yet but this is easy to fix ^^

When you are not at home you have to use external IP address. you can find this IP address ad http://www.ip-adress.com.
Example website is showing 81.68.2.22 then you have to friends or yourself outside you house have to use this IP: 81.68.2.22:"poort number"

But when you are ad home and connected to your own network inside your house you have to use the internal IP: like you sayd before 192.168.2.3:"poort number"

    Thats it

i hope it will work now let us know ok ^^

    Dear Justin....

    [01:17:02] Connecting to 67.174.170.20
[01:17:03] Connected to server Gods Of The Sea
[01:17:03] Welcome To Gods Of The Sea's TS Server "Website Coming Soon"
lets call these examples as LAN IPs
    192.168.2.2
    192.168.2.3
and this examples as WAN IPs
    67.174.170.20
so while you are at home use LAN address. When you are away from home or you want to send address to your friends tell them the WAN one.

Problem with the maximun users allowed

    Hi

I've instaled the Teamspeak server 2 on my computer with the windows XP.

Its everything running ok except the maximun users allowed.

I've defined 200 users but only 19 can be logged in at the same time.

What can I do to solve this?

you gave us a very small ammount of info. what is you connectivity? any modem/router/firewall limits??

mainly I would suggest to look on users in channel which is written [online] / [maximal] .
to edit channel max edit channel.
