[Possible bug] Sound Notification Output Device

I am using a headset which is registered as separate Soundcard for audio recording and playback in TeamSpeak 3 but the Sound notifications still are played back by my systems default audio device (Unlike TS2). Is this behaviour intented ?

This happens to me with the "Default Speech" notifications, but works fine (ie notification in the headset) when selecting MuhChy_Cepstral_Callie profile

I haven't tested it with different soundpacks since the possibility of this being the reason for the faulty behaviour didn't occur to me.
I am however using the "Default Speech" pack since I want to use phonetic features.

    So I am wondering why
    a) the default(!) soundpack isn't selected by default
    b) only one soundpack features the phonetic functionality
    c) resulting from the above points: the "Default Speech" pack isn't influenced by "sound pack volume" settings (it's way to silent here). I know that this is a windows-setting, but the TS3 client should have the ability to control it imho.

if you want that TTS is played back on a different soundcard please use the system settings to setup this.
