telnet: permoverview

Ok.
After testing some command in telnet I found out permoverview, the command is not working.

permoverview
error id=1539 msg=parameter\snot\sfound

Is this a bug?

After doing "help permoverview" I still don't know how to really use it?

There are 3 parameters that you must define :

PERMOVERVIEW
Displays all permissions assigned to a client for the channel specified with cid. If permid is set to 0, all permissions will be displayed.
Permissions:
b_client_permissionoverview_view
Syntax:
permoverview cid={channelID} cldbid={clientDBID} permid={permID}

cid = channel id (for default channel : 1)
cldbid = client id (for yourself : 1)
permid = 0 (if you want to see all the permissions...
You'll see a very big list of permissions... totally incomprehensible...
