Just let them connect and add them to some server-groups. there is no such feature like "registering people".

In Teamspeak3 there is no register feauture. Every User has a own ClientID.
This Client ID is used to identify the User.

And there is no way to predefine that, even not using a MySQL database?

Okay, what happens after the user has reinstalled his TS or his computer? I don't really understand the authentication system, to be honest. it's kinda confusing and I can't find a proper explanation of it anywhere.

When the Client is started for the first time, it automatically creates a key pair consisting of a public and a private key.
The first time a new user connects to a virtual server, his client will automatically send his public key to the server.
The virtual server creates an unique identifier from this public key and stores this identifier in its database. So
instead of identification with login and password, a TeamSpeak 3 server identifies users by their unique ID.
Should the user delete his private key and create a new one when connecting, he will be treated as a new individual by the
    server.
I think each reinstall of TeamSpeak 3, a new key will be generated.

You can back your key up before you reinstall by the fellowing
Ctrl+I Click Export, This will create a backup of your "ID" to your harddrive
when you reinstall TS3 just inport the ID and you should be fine with the TS servers again

    Tokens

And when it comes to granting and revoking rights on the teamspeak server you need to read up on tokens!!

There should be a txt file that comes with the server package that explains the tokens!

I wont accept this conclusion, 'cause there is in mysql a way for clients:

    client_login_name aufsteigend client_login_password

I think i can make a account via webpage and teamspeak makes a uniqe id and thats all. But i dont know about decryption type of password. MD5 wont work.
