a simple guide to setting permissions please

guys i followed the guide set up to get server admin talk power 100 but i am looking for a simple way to set permissions through out.

I am wanting to set the following up but im having major hassles understanding everything.

2 x superadmins ( i am one know with 100 talk power but want to add a second )

5 x server admins ( can kick from channel, kick from server, ban from server and move channel )

5 x Channel admins ( can move channels and kick from channel but not ban )

upto 50 x regular members ( so members of the group will be registered and have the standard move channels etc )

I am totally lost with this new set up so could some one please give me a guide/idea/advice or even a talk through ( PM me for currently TS ip )
