Just set needed_talk_power of your AFK channel to 75 so only admin can speak in the channel. Every other user (who normaly won't have talk_power 75) is automatic silecned.

Members aren't speaking in the AFK channel. The TTS keeps announcing people who come and go.

Is it possible to make a quiet channel (AFK) without using "Needed Talk Power"?
