Cant Start Server with Licence [Firewall]

My server just hangs when trying to start server with the license key added
If I turn off the firewall the server will start
Is there an IP of the licensing server i can allow in firewall

    FIXED
Open Port 2008 TCP Out to access licensing server

No those ports have been opened adding the new license key causes the firewall not to be able to contact the licensing server

I fixed by adding an allow exception for IP=62.146.63.84
    which resolves to accounting.teamspeak.com
what is license key to increase?

Port 2008 is the hot theme when it comes to starting server with licence.dat file in server root directory! Not sure if it is UDP or TCP though

    Code:
    # netstat -ntup
    Aktive Internetverbindungen (ohne Server)
    tcp 0 0 x.x.x.x:50044 62.146.63.84:2008 TIME_WAIT -
it looks like a tcp port

2009-12-23 15:31:18.509346|WARNING |Accounting | | Unable to find valid license key, falling back to limited functionality

Before anyone asks yes I got the license key file uploaded
