teamspeak 3 has a 3d sound option. This could be what is causing this, though why it is already activated without you doing so is beyond me. But is suppose you could have a look at it. right click on a channel and select the setup 3d sound. in there you can actually make people sound to the left en right en even front and back of you. If all are centred then your problem is somewhere else. Just press the center all button or disable the 3d sound.

Sorry to reply to an old post but im having this issue also but i dont want to use stereo...

I just bought an expensive sound card for gaming and am finding that when in TS3 all sound is fine but suddenly will go to being more in my left ear, louder that side and quieter in the right...

The strange thing is it starts off fine and seems to change after some time ?

    Any ideas ?
