Use the filter at the top center of the permission window. Just type IDLE.

LOL, I meant why enable it if you aren't actually using it for its intended purpose. No need to even enable it to begin with.

It's not a good Statement to say "remove this".

It's everytime bether to set -1 (endless) as no set!

If you don't use, don't set. So => "Right click and remove" as said Poisonpanik.

"-1" value is for an specific action or treatment.

Example (this is what i mean!):
    Code:
Group Permission removed, but set in the Channel = Kick

Group Permission -1 and set in the Channel = No Kick

So if a Member never should be kicked set it to -1!

Many Servers have in the Lobby a Idle Time set.

In this case it's different, it's true.

"-1" has two different values in the integer permissions.
    - For the group Power/Needed_Power, "-1" = negative value, the unit below "0"
    - For other integer permissions, "-1" = Undefined

Please open the Permissions Overview on that user and check where he get's i_client_max_idletime from.

i_client_max_idletime 0 or not set deactivates that permission.

I think you should open channel permissions and enter i_client_max_idletime into the filter. Maybe an idle time is set onto that channel.

The other permission, you'r searching for is b_client_is_priority_speaker.
