Current "switch to channel" hotkey behaviour
As of right now you have to bind to a specific channel on the server, and there's nothing generic about it. One hotkey, one specific channel, and that's it.

Desired behaviour
Binding to channel names instead of specific channels, which allows us to cut down on the number of hotkeys needed for an adversarial channel organisation.

In TS2 we need five keys bound to be able to switch around to all of these channels: Family A, Family B, channel 1, channel 2, and channel 3. TS2 will switch to the "channel 1" that is found in our current channel family when we press the hotkey to go to "channel 1".

In TS3 we need eight keys bound to be able to switch around to all of these channels. Family A, Family A/channel 1, Family A/channel 2, Family A/channel 3, Family B, Family B/channel 1, Family B/channel 2, Family B/channel 3.
