Non-Profit License registration is for NON-PROFIT entities who wish to increase their TeamSpeak 3 Server's capacity to allow a maximum of 10 virtual servers and 512 slots. Non-profit entities include but are not limited to organizations such as online gaming clans, guilds, or friends and family who utilize TeamSpeak software in a manner in which profit or gain of any kind is NOT intended.
IMPORTANT:
ONLY **ONE** NON-PROFIT LICENSE (NPL) IS ALLOWED PER PERSON AND PER YOUR ENTIRE ORGANIZATION. PLEASE REPORT ABUSE OF THIS RULE TO [email protected].
An NPL is assigned to only ONE person and applies to a single non-profit entity regardless of how many physical servers the entity has in its possession or control. Please do NOT register for multiple NPLs as doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your license. Once again the NPL is strictly for non-commercial use only. Commercial entities must PURCHASE either an ATHP (hoster) license or Annual Activation license (non-hoster) regardless of whether or not they choose to profit from their hosted TS3 servers. In other words, the key factor which determines whether you need to purchase a license is whether you are a commercial entity and NOT whether you choose to charge anything for the use of your TS3 server(s).
