    ??

Are you blocking all ports by default with iptables or something? Teamspeak will "open" a listening port for connections based upon what you set in your ini. If you are blocking ports with iptables...

    UDP Teamspeak Voice Port
    iptables -A INPUT -p udp -m udp --dport 9987 -j ACCEPT

    TCP Teamspeak File Transfer
    iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 30033 -j ACCEPT

    TCP Query Port
    iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -m tcp --dport 10011 -j ACCEPT
