    Server Query how to

Hello, i have been on here for the last 3 night looking up and serching for anwsers, I have found some good info for my problems and have been able to fix them.

I purchased a 75 slot TS3 server (I am not hosting) and i noticed that when i login i have the server admin beside my name (i used the token supplied by the server hosting company) BUT it still says guest on the right by the description. I tried to do the server query but i think its smarter than me lol. Am i able to use server query ?

My question is how to use server query

Can i get rid of my "guest" status

    thank you

If you have just only guests rights, your server query login would also have only guests rights.

On the right side of the client window, there's only shown the channel group, which is default guest.

So the server admin icon indicates, that you are admin, click at Permissions and then Server Groups, there are all server groups listed.

Yes, you are, just klick on Permissions > ServerQuery Login, there, you can put login data in there and then click on Tools > ServerQuery.

In the following window, you can login by typing login username password and confirm this by clicking on the green or red button on the top of window.

i think you are just in the channel group guests. you can easly set channel admin if you right click on your name and assign you to the channel group Channel Admin
