Unless he is a stupid "hacker" But you are probably right, yes

What are the standard settings regarding poke? I am not sure because I changed everything, but if it's not already the case perhaps you should remove the poke/message permissions for query guests in default settings?

I did that, but will this also be done in the default config? Seems to be a useful setting to prevent spam.

If he log on as guest query then simply changing the poke powers and such will do nothing. my take on this is you have a security hole or improperly config permissions relating to guest accounts and server query permissions. Try to black list his IP# for start, Then modify the permissions for your GUEST group and set ALL "NEEDED" values to 100 eg."needed client kick from server=100" And make sure EVERYTHING else is grayed out. Make sure stuff like "use tokens to gain privlages" is OFF (grey out).

guest should have NOTHING at all except talk power and ALL "NEEDED" settings should have a 100 value. Now since this is what i have understood from your post i hope this is right. Seems to make sence to me good luck man AND STOP BROADCASTING ON A WEB SERVER LIST LOL and you wont ever have this issue.
