I tried out what the Servermessage means and

Right clicked on Servername -> edit virtual server -> more -> then i typed my message, and did set it to "ModalQuit".^^

Everytime i try to connect it shows me the message and when i click ok i get disconnected thats stupid i mean i am Server Admin and cant edit it back???

use serveredit virtualserver_hostmessage_mode=0, this will set to normal host message to "none"

Use ServerQuery for that. You can use putty/telnet to connect to the server.

    Example commands
    use1
    login servadmin d84fwf84
    serveredit virtualserver_hostmessage_mode=0

Omg thats hardcore i came till this step with Trial&Error but don't know what to type know.
It says both time "ok" and after that i just closed the windows with the hope that it changed...
BUT IT DOESNT it still shows me the message, and disconnects after clicking OK. wow sorry but this feature is buggy u really should be able to connect as a ServerAdmin.

This topic helped me, I make my small contribution by adding it some screen of Putty.

Do not trust error messages in Putty continue nevertheless.
